Anaconda will beat a competitor's advertised price for an identical branded and stocked product subject to the following conditions:
- The product is identical: including brand, model, year of manufacture and colour
- The competitor has stock available (i.e. no backorders, special orders, or rain checks) in the quantity requested and available for immediate purchase
- The competitor's price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges insurance and handling
- Excludes quoted prices obtained through the price beat policy of another retailer.
- If either the competitor's product or our product is bundled with other products or bonuses (ie offers) then both offers must be identical
- The competitors' retail premises must be in Australia, at which you are seeking the price match or be an Australian website capable of delivering to your residence. Excludes competitor websites that don't have a retail store in Australia
- Excludes trade buyers, wholesalers, importers, warehouses, auctions and auction sites, marketplaces, duty free, liquidation and clearance sales or if it is part of a larger order/quote or a corporate discount
- Excludes cash back offers or any vouchers offered by the competitor or the competitor's vendors
- The competitor's offer must be verifiable by Anaconda
- We can take into account the value of any cash backs, discounts or vouchers offered by Anaconda or Anaconda vendors
- The Lowest Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Anaconda reserves the right to deny any price match claims if they do not meet the conditions above.
