If your order has already been dispatched, then we will not be able to make any updates or cancel your order entirely as it is already in the process of being delivered to your nominated address.
We also cannot make any changes to the products in your order once you have finalised your purchases.
If you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately after you have placed your order. Depending on what stage your order is in, it may be possible for us to update your address details or lodge a redirection to your preferred address.
