Change of Mind Returns
Check the Change of Mind Returns Policy to ensure that your product(s) meets the criteria for a change of mind return.
If the parcel is no longer than 105 centimetres and weighs no more than 22kg, you can pack and post your item/s with a copy of your tax invoice via Australia Post.
- To create the label, select your state below to go to the relevant Australia Post returns page:
- Choose your most convenient drop off location and complete the form to lodge your return.
- Print the returns label and attach it to the parcel. If you don't have a printer, simply download the label and present the barcode at a participating Australia Post location and they will print it for you.
- Drop it off at your chosen Australia Post location. We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking number so you can follow the progress of your return.
Refunds associated with product returns occur once the product been received from the Australia Post or courier service and assessed in-line with the Anaconda Returns Policy.
Anaconda is not responsible for any postage costs associated with returned goods, except in cases where the items have been recalled or you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage to track your return as Anaconda cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
